Justification:
Taxilane E is the main taxilane serving the hardstands and the terminals. The pavement was last reconstructed in 2012 and received a surface sealcoat in 2020. The surface contains alligator cracking, rutting and raveling. Since the reconstruction in 2012, the number of heavy aircraft using the hardstands surrounding Taxilane Echo has significantly increased. The main purpose of this project is to continue providing service to taxiing aircraft.
