Justification:
RON’s 12, 13 and 14 were first constructed in 1988 and reconstructed in 2009. The average PCI was 75 in 2021. The existing joint seals are beginning to degrade allowing water to enter the joints which damages the concrete surface. Removing and replacing these joints along with performing spot concrete repairs will ensure the hardstands are able to reach the intended design life.
