Description:
Construct Perimeter Road along NW edge of security fence. The road will begin just west of the fuel farm and continue west to follow the existing security fence. Project includes structural section, gravel surface, and security fencing adjustments.

Justification:
Retain continuity of an inside AOA perimeter road to access for inspection of security fence from the airside. Currently the tug road runs parallel to TW Kilo and is far below an elevation and from a distance that prevents seeing the security fence. While the West End road does provide a better location, the terrain and site distance does not.
