Description: Remove and replace liquid joint seal and perform concrete joint and panel repairs on hardstands.

Need Origination: M&O
Justification: The existing joint seals are beginning to degrade allowing water to enter the joints which damages the concrete surface. Removing and replacing these joint seals along with performing spot concrete repairs will ensure the hardstands are able to reach the intended design life.
