Justification:
The Runway Safety Area (RSA) is substandard. Numerous obstructions are located within the existing Obstacle Free Area (OFA), RSA and Object Free Zone (OFZ). FAA prefers airport sponsor land acquisition of for the RSA, OFA, and OFZ.
