Description:
Install a new passenger boarding bridge (PBB) at gate N7 in the North Terminal (NT) including new foundation along with mechanical and electrical upgrades. Existing PBB will be removed and disposed.

Justification:
The existing passenger boarding bridge was installed as part of the North Terminal construction in 1985 and has exceeded its useful life. The manufacturer no longer manufactures, or stocks spare parts for this PBB. New passenger boarding bridges operate with increased dependability, lowering operations and maintenance costs.
