Description:
This project will consist of, but not be limited to, the preparation of a Master Plan Update (MPU) to reflect industry changes, updated forecast and growth projections and establish airport priorities in consideration of recent and pending improvements to airport facilities and infrastructure. This MPU will identify development triggers for major facility improvements or construction for the next 20 years.

Justification:
Planning updates need to be completed periodically to keep the Airport current with airlines, support business demand, and environmental and community impacts. The last update was completed in 2014. For the Airport to continue serving the cargo, passenger, and corporate aviation sectors, considering community impacts, this project is needed.
