Justification:
Pavement Surfaces are required to be free of surface variations, cracking, and deterioration (IAW AC 150/5380-6C). There are weeds growing through the pavement. The GA apron pavement is more than 30 years old. The West Terminal Apron will be 18 years old in 2027 and the PCI will likely call for rehabilitation.
