Description:
Rehabilitate a 423' x 90' section of TWY C. The section begins at the eastern edge of TWY D and extends to the western edge of the cargo apron. Regrade intersection between TWY C and RW 18/36 around airfield lighting for proper drainage.

Justification:
Without rehabilitation, there will be further damage to the taxiway, which could damage aircraft. Soon there will be a FOD issue. Grant Assurance 19 requires that an airport sponsor maintain a safe airport. Poor drainage at the intersection between TWY C and RW 18/36 around airfield lighting leads to large ponding and thermal cracking.
