Justification:
The cross sections for taxiways C and D slope from one side to the other resulting in poor drainage including icing during winter. These taxiways need to be reconfigured with a crown for better drainage. In addition the center line will be shifted 7.5 feet further away from the adjacent runways to improve but not eliminate the currently existing non-standard separation condition. This requires that connecting taxiways F (south) and E (south) be repaved to properly connect to the reconfigured taxiways C and D.
