Justification:
All pavements are over 20 years old and have alligator cracking everywhere. We need to pave it now before it becomes a reconstruction project.
Notes:
All the roads in Iliamna were also paved 20 years ago when the runway was paved. They are also due for repaving. We can save mobilization costs if we run road and airport paving projects at the same time.
