Estimated Cost:

Description:
At the airport there are fenced areas without vehicle access which do not satisfy the requirements of 49 C.F.R. § 1542.203. The presence of snow and thick vegetation is not conducive to identifying and responding security breaches and clear zones will greatly enhance security effectiveness. Furthermore, in order to maintain this fence, a road is necessary to establish and maintain clear zones, respond to intrusions and adequately monitor the integrity of the fence.
