Description:
Improve airport drainage. The drainage system located between the parallel taxiways, C and D, and their respective runways is being replaced. This system which dates from original construction is deteriorated and their structures cannot support aircraft.

Justification:
The current system is 70 years old and there are flooding issues on the airfield. Standing water is causing wildlife issues, pavement damage, and sometimes we have to close runways and taxiways.
