Description:
Project will construct a new heated, 3-bay SRE building, rotating beacon, electrical enclosure building, electrical lighting vault and transformer replacement. Remove current 2,400 square foot SRE building, built in 2002, that is beyond its useful life.

Justification:
The existing 2-bay SRE is not adequate to protect the airport's 3 pieces of equipment. The existing building is in very poor condition with multiple patch style repairs. It is no longer properly insulated and one of the bay doors is damaged and can't be opened either mechanically or manually.
