Justification:
Portions of the main runway have not been resurfaced since 2002. Other portions of the runways and apron have been resurfaced in subsequent years, but are showing considerable wear, raveling, and cracking and are in need of pavement preservation. The main runway, crosswind runway, safety areas, and the north apron are in need of rehabilitation. Due to paving operations of the lighting system will need to be replaced.
