Justification:
The Koyuk Airport is in need of a runway extension and airport resurfacing project. The existing runway is 3,000 feet long; too short for existing fleet needs, and shorter than the State’s minimum required runway length for Community Class airport. The runway will be lengthened to 3,400 feet.
