Description:
Reconstruct the entire South apron as it has old buried fuel containers preventing efficient snow removal. Old fuel containers were abandoned in place. Currently M&O is not able to plow the south ramp at the same time as the rest of the airfield, therefore reducing efficiency and must use a grader to remove snow. It is a large safety issue if the grader wing catches the metal plate covering the fuel containers and has anecdotal (possible documented) history of equipment damage due to this issue.
