Justification:
Due to the wear associated with snow removal activities markings are required to be repainted on a regular schedule at DOT&PF Primary and Non-Primary airports. FAA Order 5100.38D, Change 1, Table 3-2(a) for Non-Hub Primary & Non-Primary Airports. Stand-Alone Marking Projects are eligible IAW 5100.38D, Change 1, Table J-1 (b).
