Description:
Replace existing lighting control building with a new lighting control vault. Replace the lighting controls. New controls should include two regulators to separate the runway and taxiway edge lighting circuits and provide redundancy in the system.

Justification:
The lighting controls and vault are at least 30-37 years old and should be replaced when the lights are replaced. A 2019 inspection found the systems well beyond their useful lives. Older systems often contain discontinued parts and if there is a lighting failure, it makes it harder to get there to fix the lights.
