Description:
Fix all the sinking and ponding areas on the runway safety area. Fix the settling RWY 5 blast pad and then repave it. Relevel the runway safety area and blast pads with additional material and possible compacting. Resurface the runway blast pads.

Justification:
The RSA is settling and there are areas of ponding. Ditto for the blast pad. Neither meets the FAA standards of AC 150/5300-13B. The blast pad and runway safety areas are settling to the point were they no longer meet the standards outlined in AC 150/5300-13B. Existing material cannot be feathered anymore and large amounts of new material are needed.
