Justification:
The seals to the light pole heads are wearing out and water is getting in, causing frequent maintenance and poor lighting performance. Three of the poles are in poor condition, they are a hazard to drop down, and are not stable on the ground. These poles are well over 18 years old. If the fall, they will cause property damage or hurt someone. Flood lighting is critical for winter snow removal operations around expensive parked aircraft and containers.
Notes:
ST OT LI to replace 3 flood lights RE OT LI to rehabilitate 2 flood lights - change out the heads
