Justification:
Taxiway A is delaminated and Taxiway B has a dip. They have been using cold patch to stop the delamination but it comes back. This is a hazard to aircraft structures and directional control. The dip in Taxiway B is also ponding water and USDA has asked we fix that to avoid attracting more birds.
