Purchase snow removal equipment (end dumps – model year 2001) and ARFF vehicle (model year 2012) to replace the equipment that has reached the end of its useful life and to meet the operational safety needs of the airport.

Justification:
The expected life of each asset is determined by Statewide Equipment fleet and is based on age, usage, and maintenance cost. The airport has exceeded the life of these assets and replacement equipment is required in order to meet safety and FAA AC 150/5200-30D clearance times. This equipment will benefit airfield users while providing safety for the travelling public.
