Justification:
The size of the current building does not allow for adequate space around the snow removal equipment or the size of overhead doors for clearance. A larger building would also allow for all equipment to be housed in one location which will significantly reduce time, labor and mission critical delay in snow events. A centralized building will also allow the reduction in outlying buildings with older mechanical systems that house equipment parts.
