Justification:
At the rotating beacon, conductors with old insulation that does not comply with the requirements of FAA AC 150/5370-10H, L-101-2.6 and L-108-2.2 were observed, as well as a non-watertight enclosure – water ingress into this equipment will likely lead to additional issues (rusting/corrosion, premature failure of components, short circuits) in the future.
