Justification:
Lights have a minimum useful life of 10 years and these lights were installed in the year 2000. They are losing their reliability. This airport serves several B737 aircraft and lighting outages can have a big impact.
Notes:
The runway lights were also last rehabilitated in 2000. The commissioner has prioritized lighting priorities, especially for primary airports.
