Justification:
This project was listed in the implementation plan for the 2014 Master Plan and the 2019 Eastside Mater Plan. The pavement on the east ramp is in poor condition, particularly Taxiways D and uncontrolled C, and requires paving. The majority of the apron is over 25 years old. The 2021 pavement condition inspection recorded PCI values on the apron between 33 and 54. PCI values for Taxiway C ranged between 46 and 64, Taxiway D between 54 and 64 and Taxiway W between 63 and 66, respectively.
