Justification:
With Ravn (regional commuter) cancelling all scheduled service to FAI in 2021 the airport has been left with vacant ramp space at Gates A &B that could be utilized by summer carriers and help alleviate gate constraint issues. Currently, the pavement is not sufficient for design group III or larger aircraft and would need to be strengthened. This would allow the airport to be able to utilize this ramp space for summer passenger operations and winter cargo tech stop flights.
