Justification:
The existing airport fence has become overgrown with vegetation and is deteriorating. A pilot has reported seeing about 15 moose at one time around the runway. Fence repair and extension will help with wild life control.
Notes:
Fencing not Required by 49 CFR 1542. Tribal Administrator Bonnie Persson, kalskagtribal@yahoo.com, notes some areas of the metal fencing have holes causing people to walk short cut
