Justification:
We are getting lease applications that we have to reject due to no available space on the apron. Pilots have been using a location west of the runway to park their planes, but it is not an official apron, it does not meet FAA setback requirements, and we have been written up by the FAA for this issue. The previous ALP was not based on wind data, just a quick update, so a wind study is necessary to confirm the alignment before we build a larger, much needed apron.
