Description: The Phase 2 reconnaissance study would consist of a wind study and a geotechnical study at the top two or three alternative site locations and potential material sites identified in Phase 1, public inv lvement, and would incorporate the Phase 2 data with the Phase 1 feasibility study to develop final recommendations for a preferred alternative for development of an ALP in Phase 3 work.
