Justification:
We have a wildlife fence project coming and this is an opportune time to replace unreliable gates that are past their life expectancy. The access control systems have also past their life expectancy and we have had pressure from TSA to replace. An IDMS compliant system will make record keeping and TSA audits much simpler and prevent future fines or law suits.
