Justification:
The vehicle and pedestrian gates are past their life expectancy and are often inoperative. The access system barely meets TSA security requirements and an upgraded system will solve many of the issues we are having with TSA record keeping and access control.
Notes:
The State has already spent $1,000,000+ on this security system and it should be used at Gustavus.
