Justification:
GA operation of tunda tire aircraft that would benefit from a ski strip and unplowed taxiway access between the ski strip and the GA apron.
Notes:
A ski strip may not be AIP eligible. This project should be evaluated with the anticipated 2024 AMP and ALP to see if there is enough capacity demand for a parallel runway.
