Justification:
The airfield lighting system has not been improved since original installation and is beyond its useful life. Above ground fixtures are misaligned or not installed correctly. Globes are damaged, pitted, and/or dull. There is noticeable variance of light intensity. Some fixtures may not meet minimal required operating conditions, need maintenance. Threshold markers are missing, improperly placed, damaged, or not visible.
