Justification:
The vehicle gate #9 is already broken and gate #3 won't last much longer. If we do not fix them soon, we will have no way for vehicles to enter. The security system is no longer serviced and if it breaks down, we do not have a way to allow vehicle entry. The pedestrian gate systems still use cipher locks, which are not compliant by TSA standards.
