Description:
The scope will include public involvement, environmental considerations, existing conditions, aviation forecasts, facility requirements, alternatives development and evaluation, an ALP, facilities implementation plan, financial feasibility analysis, intermodal connections, and a wind analysis.

Justification:
Seldovia continues to see a high level of aviation activity during the summer. Leasing reports a need for additional lease space and tie-down space, but only lease lots (“aviation support area”) is shown on the current ALP. There is no current ultimate plan beyond the proposed taxiway, lease lots, and moving the parking area.
