Description: The scope will include public involvement, environmental considerations, existing conditions, aviation forecasts, facility requirements, alternatives development and evaluation, an ALP, facilities implementation plan, financial feasibility analysis, and intermodal connections. An aircraft capacity analysis and a noise analysis can also be performed, if deemed necessary.

Justification: McGrath is a hub airport for five spoke airports that are off the road system; the AMP needs updating to make sure the plan is still the most efficient plan for the airport, its spokes, and its users. McGrath is a regional hub for wildland fire fighting.
