Justification:
The existing traffic in the existing building exceeds its capacity. An approved forecast has been created to justify this need and the long term needs thereafter.
Notes:
AIP funding is only designed to cover 1/3 of the cost. The other 2/3s would be covered by PFC and airport revenues.
