Description:
Repair or replace lighting and visual aids where damaged by subsidence. Rehabilitate and resurface airfield operational surfaces to correct cracks, ruts, uneven surfaces, dips, soft spots, and ponding. Apply dust palliative. Drainage improvements may include ditching and culvert alignment.

Justification:
The lighting system and visual navaids have been damaged or displaced by subsidence. The airport operating areas and access road are in need of repair. Poor drainage and differential settling have caused frequent and significant depressions, cracking and humps, ruts, uneven surfaces, dips over 6", soft spots, ponding, and shoulder erosion. There have been 9 NOTAMs and runway closures since March 2017. No surface maintenance grants have been awarded to this airport since it was constructed in 2013.
