Justification:
There is unmet demand for the storage and parking of land based airplanes on the only land airport on all of Prince of Wales Island. All present lease lots have been taken and persons are unable to store or purchase aircraft because there is nowhere to put them. Most people want a hangar for their aircraft due to the extreme weather of Prince of Wales.
