Description:
Construct a new SREB that includes an electrical equipment room at the Wales Airport. M&O has requested a new 2,200 sf. or larger structure with an electrical equipment room, and would like to replace fuel tanks and include security fencing around them.

Justification:
Existing SREB was constructed in 1985 and is in poor condition. The building condition has deteriorated in the two years since the last CIMP inspection (2015). Building issues include an overhead door that does not seal properly, an interior in need of painting, a concrete floor in poor condition with cracks and heaving, and inefficient building lighting. The building’s exterior siding is in poor shape, the equipment fuel tank is in poor condition and there is a need for security fencing around the tanks. Additionally, grading is needed to improve drainage away from the building.
