Justification:
The CLP will establish several routes for ingress/egress from selected coastal launch sites to access into the permanent Arctic UAS area. The routes will extend from each coastal launch facility, through the 3 nautical mile offshore warning zones and into the permanent Arctic UAS area.

Consider UAS opportunities relating to airport development as future plans for this airport develop.
