Description:
Rehabilitate runway, taxiway, apron, and access road. Repair soft spots in the embankment. Apply dust palliative. Replace the lighting system. Clear vegetation from the runway, taxiway, and apron fore slopes.

Justification:
The gravel surface course is in poor condition and failing. Poor drainage and settlement has caused rutting, dips, and cracks resulting in erosion and ponding. Frost heaves have caused shoulder erosion and subsidence. There is differential settlement between the taxiway and apron. The project will resurface the operational surfaces with CASC; remove and replace existing lighting system; and apply a dust palliative to the surface course.
