Expand apron and relocate existing Snow Removal Equipment Building onto expanded apron.

Justification:

The apron needs to be rehabilitated and expanded. There is currently only room for one aircraft to park on the apron. There are routinely up to four aircraft attempting to use the apron simultaneously. Tie downs will also be installed for use by the transient aircraft when needed. This project will also construct a new single-bay SREB on skids for year-round storage of snow removal equipment programmed by M&O. The existing apron will be relocated onto the expanded apron.
