Description:
Rehabilitate the gravel taxiway and apply dust palliative. Place and compact crushed aggregate surface course. Repair poor drainage features that are worsening erosion on the operational surfaces of the airport and install additional culverts.

Justification:
Based on the August 2016 CIMP Inspection, the airport runway, taxiway, runway and taxiway safety areas, apron, and access road need repair. Gravel surfacing in the operational areas is poor or failing and was rated with “D’s” and “F’s”. The shoulders of the runway, taxiway, and safety areas are sloughing off and settling. The area where the taxiway and runway intersect does not drain.
