Justification:
The airport runway, taxiway, runway and taxiway safety areas, apron, and visual aid access are in need of repair. Gravel surfacing in the operational areas is poor or failing and was rated with “D’s” and “F’s”. Poor drainage and differential settling have caused frequent humps, significant depressions, potholes, ponding, and erosion of the operational surfaces and access road.
