Description:
Construct new apron. Frequent thermal cracks. Wide cracks and joints with settlement creating moderate undulations. Isolated alligator cracking. Cracking is frequent and widespread. Most cracks have been improperly sealed or offer little to no preservation value. Surfaces are inconsistent, resulting in poor drainage and ponding.
