Justification:
Rehabilitate airfield operational surfaces. Heavy maintenance is needed at this airport for safety. This airport was relocated in 2009. There have not been surface maintenance grants awarded for preventative and preservation maintenance of the operational surfaces since the relocation. The airfield lighting system has not been updated since the relocation and is beyond its useful life (10 years).
