Justification:
Heavy maintenance will be needed for airport safety. The RSA and TSA will be expanded with a 2019 AIP grant which will likely experience differential settlement due to poor subsurface conditions common in this Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta. This airport has a history of differential settlement and additional material will be needed to maintain lateral and longitudinal grades.
